100%. Not only do we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase
but with the lifetime enjoyment of your jewelry. All items purchased
may be returned for a full refund 30 days from the date of purchase. All
items purchased may be exchanged 90 days from the date of purchase.
Approximate weight and content
With each diamond purchase the carat weight and gold karat content will be provided in writing.
Lifetime diamond trade-up privileges.
We will gladly apply the original online purchase price of your
diamond jewelry toward your next diamond purchase. Your new online
purchase must be at least twice the price paid for your original jewelry
and you must have a valid sales receipt.
Unlimited cleanings and inspections (for diamonds & precious gems)
Unlimited cleanings and inspections (for diamonds & precious gems) with purchase of warranty. As long as you own your diamond or precious gemstone jewelry, you may have it inspected and cleaned free of charge as often as you like under warranty.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
30-day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Merchandise that has been special ordered, customized or custom made including class rings and engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged. Any certificates or special documentation must accompany any return or a restocking fee may apply.
Watches must be in original condition (unaltered and unworn). All packaging, instructions and warranty documents must accompany any return or a restocking fee may apply.
Refunds will be made in the same manner in which payment was made at the time of purchase. Refunds for items originally purchased with a check or cash in excess of $100 will be made by a check issued from our corporate office within 21 days of the return. Items charged will be credited to the same account to which the purchase was charged. Online refunds will be made in the same manner in which payment was made at the time of purchase. Items charged to credit or debit card will be credited to the same account to which the purchase was charged. Be advised that credit companies may take up to 4-6 weeks to process a charge back.
All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
90-day Exchange Policy
You are also protected by our 90-day exchange policy. Within 90 days of original purchase date you may exchange your purchase for another item. Merchandise that has been special ordered, customized or custom made including class rings and engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged. How to receive a Web Refund or Exchange
Please utilize the Free Return Shipping label that was included in your original order, to ship your exchange or return back to us FREE of charge. All exchanges will be returned to the original shipping address on file unless specified. If you do not have a Free Return Shipping label, please contact customer service at 1-877-388-1836 so that one may be sent to you. Please print this label and apply it to your return parcel, after placing items back in original packaging. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or other approved identifying method. Please note the tracking number on the bottom of your Free Return Label; this will help you track your package to ensure proper delivery.
Return shipping is estimated at 2-3 business days. Once Returns / Exchanges are received, they will be processed. Refunds will be made in the same manner in which payment was made at the time of purchase, and should be visible in your account 2-3 business days after processing. Be advised that credit companies may take up to 4-6 weeks to process a charge back. Exchanges will be returned using Standard Shipping (2-3 days) and will be shipped out the same day received if stock is available.

We certify that the diamonds herein have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with the United Nations resolution. We therefore guarantee that these diamonds are certified to be from sources that are free from conflict, based on personal knowledge, and/or written guaranties provided by the supplier of these diamonds.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
SamuelsJewelers.com can ship to virtually any address in the United States and its protectorates (includes APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Somoa). To find out when you will receive an item, you need to consider the availability of the item you ordered and the shipping option you selected. Here’s the equation we use:

Delivery Time
Orders that are received after 11am CST are shipped the next day, if
the product is available and in stock. If there is a delay, we will
notify you. Customized items may take longer.

Important Shipping Facts
Upgrading to Next Day Air does not mean you will get your order the
next day. Once shipped, Next Day Air packages are guaranteed to arrive
at the end of the next business day. Please note, however, that
upgrading method of shipment to Next Day or 2nd Day Air does not change
how long it takes us to assemble and ship your order – it only reduces
the travel time after your order leaves our facilities. We do try to
ship most orders that come in before 11am CST the same day, but
depending on availability the order may be delayed. If there is a delay
we will notify you.
PRICING
We endeavor to ensure that all pricing information set forth on this website is accurate. Despite our best efforts, however, a data base error may occur and some of our products may be incorrectly priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will not be bound to sell that product to you at the stated price. In these instances, we will contact you to determine whether you would like to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel the order.
